Cindy joined Kappa Kappa Gamma as a legacy, joining the Fall 1977 Epsilon Pi pledge class. While completing her BS in Economics, Cindy held various officer positions within the chapter, including President. Upon graduation in 1981, she was hired at IBM as a sales representative. Over the next 24 years, Cindy had a very successful career at IBM, attaining several milestones which ultimately led her to be promoted to Regional Sales Manager in the Personal Computing Division in 2004. Opportunity knocked, and Cindy joined Lenovo in 2005 as the Regional Director of Sales for the West. After another 12 successful years with Lenovo, Cindy retired in 2017. During those busy career days, Cindy was also busy in her personal life. She married Mitch Cochran, a fellow UCR Greek (Phi Gamma Delta) in 1984. Matt, their son, arrived in 1987. Family, travel and Kappa BFFs from collegiate days have been and continue to be the fabric of her life.
Vicki Hill Carrigan

Membership Development Chairman
Vicki gave her name and interest to Epsilon Pi chapter in 1982. Since that time, she has been involved with many aspects of chapter and alumna life. She served as a chapter adviser for over 25 years, served on the Publications Team for two terms, has facilitated at Leadership Academy, been a Coordinator of Chapter Support, facilitated at Kappa Leadership Conference, and served as an officer of her alumnae association. Since 2014, she has served the Fraternity as the Convention Music Chairman. She also currently serves as a Ritual & History Specialist for Delta District (which covers chapters and associations in Michigan and Indiana). If you watched the 2020 Memorial Service, hers was the voice you heard opening and closing the meeting. She also sang for over 30 virtual initiations this spring. If you listen to the new Kappa song recordings on the website, you will hear her (along with five other sisters) singing. Professionally, Vicki enjoys a career selling veterinary pharmaceuticals. She and her family have five pets currently — two dogs and three cats. Her family is active in Scouting, with her 16-year old son currently working toward his Eagle rank. They enjoy camping and hiking as well as attending theatrical productions and concerts together.
Stephanie Hammond Eggert

Public Relations Chairman
Stephanie is a proud Epsilon Pi alum, having joined the chapter at UC Riverside in fall of 2009. As an active member, she served as the chapter Registrar and Vice President Standards. Since becoming an alumna, she has volunteered her time to a variety of positions on Epsilon Pi's Advisory Board and has also served as a Public Relations Specialist for the Fraternity. When she’s not working as an electrical utility planning designer, Stephanie enjoys watching (and occasionally playing) hockey, listening to true crime podcasts, trying to make the perfect latte, and dominating her office’s fantasy football league. She lives in Corona with her husband, Robert, and their two children, Taylor and Henry.
